Returns

1. The insoles are individually made for you, all custom-made products are not returnable and non-refundable. In the unlikely event of the custom insoles not fitting correctly, we will adjust or remake at the clinician’s discretion to ensure a clinically correct outcome.

2. Our insoles are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of supply. We recommend that you inspect insoles for wear at the minimum of 6-month intervals.

3. Hugo Heart Ltd reserves the right to decline to make alterations or repairs to any insoles that have not been supplied by the company.

4. The insoles are regarded as “Single Patient Use Only” and are to be used only by the patient fitted with them. This policy is to protect the care provider and the patient from infectious disease transmission and correct design for the user of insoles.

5. Patient requested reviews are free of charge up to 2 weeks from supply of the insoles. After the 2 weeks from supply, patient reviews are subject to current fee rate.
